Brackley Carnival has been a major event in the town of for many years.

In 2003 a new group of people in the community of Brackley took over the organising of the Carnival and introduced some changes and new ideas.
The venue for the event is now at Magdalen College School St Johns Site which is superbly situated in the centre of town. As well as organising the Carnival the committee also organise the Christmas Parade in conjunction with the Town Council Carol Singing, the Festival of Food, the Italian Market which came to Brackley for the first time in 2007 and the French & Continental Market which comes to Brackley yearly.

All the work and time the people in the committee spend is voluntary and done for the community of the town of Brackley. With the continued support from local business, schools and of course the people in the community of Brackley and surrounding areas, it is hoped that these events will continue for many years to come.
